Shipment Information
When your item ships, you will receive an email confirmation with the DHL tracking number. Please note that delivery time is 1 to 3 weeks.
We offer international shipping worldwide. Prices vary, you can get an estimate of shipping costs on the checkout page once you enter your address.
Change Shipping Address
- If you need to change your order address, please provide your order number that we sent to your email at the time of purchase and the email or name under which the item was placed along with the new address. Address changes can be requested at any time as long as your order has not been shipped.
Cancel an Order
If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.
WE DO NOT MAKE size changes. You can return the item for a full refund (less initial shipping cost) and you can repurchase the appropriate size.
